For the past 20 years, David has been at the forefront of change and innovation within the HR technology industry. He helped to pioneer new approaches to talent management and development, including short-form video content, interactive team-based simulations, small group asynchronous learning experiences, talent marketplaces and learning experience platforms.
David has helped hundreds of organizations to embrace new visions and to reimagine what is possible in pursuit of higher levels of performance. He has also built partnership ecosystems for some of the industries most recognizable names. As one of the founding members of NGN, David is bringing it all together: A love of people and performance, an appreciation for technology and a passion for high functioning relationships that create real value for all involved.
