Over the past 20 years, David has been at the forefront of change and innovation within the HR technology industry. He helped to pioneer new technology-enabled approaches to talent management and development, including short-form video content, interactive team-based simulations, small-cohort semi-synchronous learning experiences, talent marketplaces and learning experience platforms.

David has helped hundreds of organizations to embrace new visions and to re-imagine what is possible in pursuit of higher levels of performance. He has also built partnership ecosystems for some of the industries most recognizable names.
